2. Exclusions
We will not accept returns for:

Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified without prior authorization.

Consumable items (e.g., fuses, thermal paste, batteries) unless found defective upon delivery.
3. Return Process

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a genuine defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product is found to be non-defective or damaged due to customer handling, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
5. Final Decision
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Hitech Electronics & Hardware.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
